Professional Journey:
I bring over 25 years of leadership experience, including more than 10 years as a senior executive, to every coaching conversation. My career spans higher education, organizational leadership, and strategic transformation. I’ve led complex, multi-campus teams and driven institution-wide initiatives for student success and program innovation.

Education
I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D) and an MBA in Innovation Leadership, bringing together organizational strategy and human development in my work. I’ve also completed the Art & Science of Coaching – Essentials course at Erickson Coaching International and am continuing advanced coaching development. This combination of academic and professional training allows me to pair analytical rigour with a coaching approach that empowers growth and transformation.
